Lombok has risen as one of the country’s emerging tourist destinations. It is located between the islands of Bali to the west and Sumbawa to the east. Kuta – Lombok is the area with the most economic projection of the island and at this moment it is already the most touristy.
The goal of the Indonesian government in Lombok is to boost the tourism sector (10% of GDP) and decentralized chaotic Bali, which is why a large investment is being made in this area.

The Villas
The complex will have 10 individual villas, reception area and parking for clients. Each villa will have approximately 90 m2 to 100 m2 and will be distributed in bedroom, bathroom and terrace with a private pool.
The concept is of a “boutique hotel“, characterized by a particular location, service and design. It is located on the side of a mountain overlooking a large palm grove and a jungle, but at the same time surrounded by bays with white sandy beaches.
The service is personalized, seeking to anticipate the wishes of the client, who is considered a guest and friend.
It has its own architecture and elegant design. The surroundings and the decoration seek to provide an intimate atmosphere, so that at all times the guest feels the experience of waking up in an idyllic and quiet place.
PRIORITY REGION AND INVESTMENTS
The prioritized region for investment is Kuta Mandalika, located in the southern part of the island, 25 minutes away from the international airport.
The major investments in the area include the expansion of the international airport, the road and port network, and the “Mandalika Project,” which consists of numerous hotels from major chains, a golf course, numerous green areas, a water park, and a “Moto GP” circuit that hosted the first race in March 2022. This circuit also hosts annual “Superbike” championships, whose first race took place in November 2022. In addition, large leisure areas have already been completed, such as the “Mandalika Bazaar,” which includes a large number of restaurants and shops, as well as different beach clubs for the enjoyment of visitors

FAQs
In January 2020, we began the creation of the company called “PMA” and the purchase of land associated with the company, which was completed within 40 days. The processes for construction permits, environmental permits, and land certificates have also been completed.
The pre-selection and selection of contractors have been finalized, and construction is already underway.
The construction started in January 2023 and is estimated to take 16 months to complete.
The project still offers the possibility of acquiring shares, meaning that the investment round is still open for new shareholder partners to join.
The project is located in Kuta Mandalika, on the island of Lombok, 17 km from Lombok International Airport. 3.5 km from the international Moto GP circuit “Mandalika circuit”, 1 km from Kuta beach and the center. And less than 30 minutes from several of the best beaches on the island.
The hotel will have 24-hour security employees, a safe installed in each of the rooms, and a network of surveillance cameras that ensure the safety of the guest. It should be noted that the island does not have insecurity problems and has very little crime.
The work began in January 2023, the estimated duration is 16 months. The start of the activity is scheduled for June 2024.
