Lombok has risen as one of the country’s emerging tourist destinations. It is located between the islands of Bali to the west and Sumbawa to the east. Kuta – Lombok is the area with the most economic projection of the island and at this moment it is already the most touristy.

The prioritized region for investment is Kuta Mandalika, located in the southern part of the island, 25 minutes away from the international airport.
The major investments in the area include the expansion of the international airport, the road and port network, and the “Mandalika Project,” which consists of numerous hotels from major chains, a golf course, numerous green areas, a water park, and a “Moto GP” circuit that hosted the first race in March 2022. This circuit also hosts annual “Superbike” championships, whose first race took place in November 2022. In addition, large leisure areas have already been completed, such as the “Mandalika Bazaar,” which includes a large number of restaurants and shops, as well as different beach clubs for the enjoyment of visitors
The current market is one of little competition, high rates and high occupancy, therefore the business enjoys high profitability. The direct competition is: Kumbara Villas, Kabila Villas and Jivana Resort.
